はじめに
「ベランダ景園」とは、畳一枚、つまり0.5坪のスペースに樹木や石を配置し、水を流したりして美しい自然景観を立体的に再現するもので、一言でいうと“絵画的大風景の庭”となります。
人の心を安らかに、大らかにしてくれる自然の風景。その癒しの景色が、たった0.5坪のスペース（盤上）に表現され、室内外において絵画感覚で鑑賞できる、わが国初の創作技芸品なのです。
